Description
A versatile, electrically heated steriliser working under saturated steam at an adjustable pressure of 10 to 20 psi.
Double walled construction with boiler and steam jacket made of thick stainless steel; the gap is filled with high grade glass wool to bring temperature loss to a minimal level. The outer chamber is made out of thick stainless steel.
The lid is made of thick, jointless stainless steel plate and is sealed by a jointless neoprene rubber gasket, secured by wing nuts through hinged bolts engaging slotted lugs on the rim of the cover.
Provided with wing nut (brass nut), dial pressure gauge, air/steam release cock, water level indicator and spring loaded safety valve adjustable to any required point from 10 psi to 20 psi. A drain cock is provided, and a double safety valve is provided along with the inlet. Supplied complete in stainless steel with stainless steel dressing bins.
